(svn r18725) -Add: [NoAI] AIWaypoint::WaypointType and AIWaypoint::HasWaypointType().

-Change: [NoAI] Constructor of AIWaypoint now takes a WaypointType to also handle buoys.
-Remove: [NoAI] AIBuoyList.
