not fixed in upsteam, so i forked the role and put it there https://git.mgrote.net/ansible/mrlesmithjr-ansible-manage-lvm
the whole thing can get reverted and archived if the upstream pr is merged: https://github.com/mrlesmithjr/ansible-manage-lvm/pull/146

also an old collection gets removed
