matthijs edcaf8aa3a (svn r17238) -Codechange: Clean up CheckExternalFiles a bit and improve the error message it
outputs. This makes the function return faster in the common case when all
files are in order, by not doing another set of MD5 checks.

rubidium 3a13b75e37 (svn r15126) -Feature: downloading content from a central server (content.openttd.org) where authors can upload they NewGRFS/AI etc. This should make joining servers that use only NewGRFs that are distributed via this system easier as the players can download the NewGRFs from in the game. rubidium fc216aeeb8 (svn r14229) -Feature: allow overriding the palette of the base GRFs. This way you can play with NewGRFs made for the Windows palette with the DOS palettes base GRFs (and vice versa). -Feature: make configuring the to-be-used base graphics via openttd.cfg and the command line possible.
-Feature: allow both the German as well as non-German toyland graphics as "correct" and official graphics.
-Feature: allow people to create their own base graphics easily and without requiring code changes.

glx ee256e770a (svn r13390) -Codechange: introduce usererror() for fatal but not openttd related errors. Now all error() will 'crash' openttd after showing the message in win32 releases (MSVC), creating a crash.log and crash.dmp (like the '!' hack used before). peter1138 eeeeeb9336 (svn r11981) -Fix [FS#1698]: Use unicode glyph mapping to fix up missing/shuffled sprites in original data files instead of shuffling or skipping
sprites directly. Some required glyphs were not loaded.
-Fix: Large capital U with grave (Ù) along with some other glyphs are broken in the original data files, so do no display them.

rubidium f546de602b (svn r11433) -Fix: starting OpenTTD with DOS files made it look weird out of the box.
-Change: make extra sprites (the ones not in the TTD GRFs) replaceable using Action 5.
-Feature: make replacing contiguous subsets of sprites in for some types possible in Action 5.
Note to GRF authors: when you replaced OpenTTD sprites that are not from the TTD GRF files using Action A, your GRF will not have the intended result anymore as the sprite numbers have changed. You should replace the Action A with an Action 5 from now on.
