Sebastian Zhorel b4ef46abc8 Show news authors on website 
It was always contained in the author tag of the website code
and on the sf project news.
When visualized it helps checking if its correct/same.
Maybe take it out again later?

Sebastian Zhorel c1acd64310 Move changelog pdf of 0.10.4 to prevent it getting deleted with regeneratable docs 
There seems to be no way to regenerate this changelog and the other files in
docs folder in git are superfluous, outdated 0.11.3 files -- although they
can be regenerated and the webserver got newer 0.11.6 files.

Sebastian Zhorel be30fcf29d Replace broken feature tracker links in old website release news 
Sadly, older fixed milestones are missing on feature tracker,
that is why the links got replaced with a generic search for
closed items on it.

Commit and monitoring mailing lists are broken at least since 2013,
maybe from a sourceforge update or switching to git.

Blakeley00 245de51a87 Update download.html 
Found that "The latest version of FreeCol:" was duplicated.
Found that "freecol-0.11.6-installer.jar - Platform independent installer" download was duplicated (one was highlighted).
So I took duplicates and used them to create new section at the top of download page for highlighted nightly releases link.
Renamed other title to "The latest stable release of FreeCol".
Added extra information and important contributing guide links from github page below nightly releases link.

Once a new news article is posted the news subsection here will need updating too.
