Slight wording adjustment in section titles to match improved wording used on sourcforge pages now.

Blakeley00 245de51a87 Update download.html 
Found that "The latest version of FreeCol:" was duplicated.
Found that "freecol-0.11.6-installer.jar - Platform independent installer" download was duplicated (one was highlighted).
So I took duplicates and used them to create new section at the top of download page for highlighted nightly releases link.
Renamed other title to "The latest stable release of FreeCol".
Added extra information and important contributing guide links from github page below nightly releases link.

This update to the website focuses primarily on cleaning up each page's head tag to correct two spelling mistakes.

Additionally, the news pages of several releases have been updated to match the content on the index.
