rubidium 59519edd34 (svn r21044) -Feature: XZ/LZMA2 savegame support. New default reduces savegame size by 10 to 30% with slightly more CPU usage. rubidium b4f6201e94 (svn r20857) -Fix [FS#3637]: The station with the second highest rating was doubly penalised when distributing cargo. Now the penalty is completely removed and the granularity/precision of the distribution in increased by using fractional cargo. -Fix [FS#1944]: road vehicles would not pick an empty drive through stop. Now they will *if* the penalty for driving around is less than the occupancy penalty
-Fix [FS#1495]: long (articulated) road vehicles could block loading of others when the following road vehicle already got 'permission' to go to the next bay even when it could not reach it
-Change: improve the throughput of the drive through road stops by letting them stop closer together

Note: Savegame conversion computes the inflation from max loan. Prices from modified savegames will get lost. TTO savegames will also behave slightly different.
-Change: NewGRF price modifiers now take effect everytime when loading NewGRFs instead of once on gamestart.
